Since 1985 Ramda Metal Specialties, Inc. has been a world class supplier of precision sheet metal assembly and fabrication, serving the Electronics, Telecommunications, Medical, Commercial, Defense, and Aerospace industries.

We are looking for Administrative Support to support our Front Office and Operations teams.


  • Confirm customer PO's via email
  • Promptly respond to all calls, emails, and customer inquires
  • Quote, Schedule and maintain record of all outside processes
  • Administrative functions of the Sales Department
  • Request material quoting and provide details to Quote specialists in timely manner
  • Monitor and follow up on shop orders to proactively communicate accurate ETA information to customers
  • Quotation: confirm the product spec requested by the customer, and communicate quotation, lead-time, extra surcharges, and freight to customers
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures established by the company
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction and written processes
