Position Overview:

The Financial Gym is a provider of financial services, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and comprehensive investment solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, supporting sales, trading, client services, and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) activities.


  • Support the sales team with client inquiries, product information, and follow-up communications.
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting sales activities.
  • Execute and monitor trades in compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate trade records and ensure timely settlement.
  • Resolve trade discrepancies and issues.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist clients with account maintenance, including updates and corrections.
  • Facilitate client communications, including confirmations and statements.
  • Collaborate with RIA clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support RIAs with administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance.
  • Assist RIAs with portfolio management and performance reporting.
  • Facilitate the account opening process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Verify client information and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize Wealthscape for account management, trading, and client reporting.
  • Train and assist clients and internal teams on the Wealthscape platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.

Skill Sets for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Wealthscape or similar financial platforms.
  • Strong understanding of trading, account opening, and client support processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Series 7 and 63 or Series 65 licenses required

This is a fully remote position

Competitive salary within the range of $60,000-$70,000 per year
