This position is based on-site at our Indianapolis Fulfillment Center. The schedule for this job is Wednesday through Saturday 6:00pm to 4:30am

About the Role

Hungryroot is looking for an On Site Maintenance Technician to join our growing Fulfillment Operations Team. This person will be responsible for providing support for Inbound and Outbound operations, preventive maintenance, facilities maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs as required. This role will also require the technician to provide status updates for repairs and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound and Outbound Operations Support
  • Preventive maintenance

  • Troubleshooting down time and offer insight toward improvement

  • Record keeping
  • Parts inventory tracking

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Reading schematics and manuals to identify needed parts
  • Parts and tools inventory management experience preferred
  • Ability to use HMI, computers, tablets, etc.
  • PLC, Automation, Repair, Preventive Maintenance. Networking skills and experience preferred
  • Standing and walking continually for a 10-hour shift· Potential for overtime; may stand for longer than 10-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Repetitive manual dexterity
